Services & fees · Fresno & Clovis

Every fee is fixed, published, and quoted in writing before we start.

In plain terms: you will never pay a percentage of what we save you, and the top of each range holds for at least 30 days after it is published, as Circular 230 section 10.30 requires.

Full representation

Phase 2 $1,495–$7,495 by case type, quoted in writing. Never contingent on the outcome. IRS user fees extra.

02

Federal tax liens

Withdrawal, release, discharge and subordination

Four tools, four forms. Which one applies depends on whether you are paying, have paid, are selling, or are refinancing.

Form 12277

Federal Tax Lien Withdrawal (Form 12277)

From $97

Get the Notice of Federal Tax Lien removed from public record. If you owe $25,000 or less and pay by direct debit, the IRS can withdraw the lien after 3 consecutive payments. We confirm eligibility from your transcripts and prepare Form 12277.

DIY guide $97, or we file it for a flat $497.

Certificate of Release

Certificate of Release of Federal Tax Lien

From $97

Paid the IRS but the lien is still on your record? The IRS must release a lien within 30 days of full payment. We request the Certificate of Release from Collection Advisory and confirm it was recorded.

DIY letter kit $97, or we handle the request and follow-up for a flat $297.

Form 14135

IRS Tax Lien Discharge for a Property Sale (Form 14135) – Fresno & Clovis

$1,295–$1,995fixed fee

Selling a home or property with an IRS lien on title? We prepare Form 14135 with the appraisal, title report, and closing package, work with IRS Collection Advisory, and coordinate payoff with escrow so your sale closes.

Apply at least 45 days before closing. Appraisal fees are paid by the client.

Form 14134

IRS Tax Lien Subordination for a Refinance (Form 14134)

$995–$1,795fixed fee

Refinance denied because of a federal tax lien? A certificate of subordination lets the new loan go ahead of the IRS lien. We prepare Form 14134 with the title report and loan package and present the case to the IRS.

Start at least 45 days before closing.

03

Payment plans & hardship

A monthly amount the IRS accepts, or a pause when you cannot pay

Balances of $50,000 or less can be set up without a financial statement. Larger balances and hardship status are negotiated from Form 433-F or 433-A using the IRS allowable-expense standards.

Payment plans

Simple Payment Plan – IRS Balance of $50,000 or Less – Fresno & Clovis

From $97

Set up an IRS installment agreement that fits your budget. Balances of $50,000 or less qualify for a Simple Payment Plan with no financial statement.

DIY guide $97, or we prepare and submit it for a flat $497. IRS setup fee is extra and is reduced for direct-debit plans.

Payment plans

Installment Agreement Over $50,000 or Partial Payment Plan – Fresno & Clovis

$1,495–$2,995fixed fee

Balances over $50,000 need Form 433-F or 433-A and a negotiated payment using IRS allowable-expense standards. We prepare the financial statement, negotiate the monthly amount, and request lien withdrawal when eligible.

Quoted after a $695 Phase 1 review. IRS fees extra.

Hardship

Currently Not Collectible (IRS Hardship) Status – Fresno & Clovis

$1,495–$2,495fixed fee

If paying the IRS would leave you unable to cover basic living expenses, collection can be paused. We prepare your Collection Information Statement using the IRS allowable-expense standards and request hardship status, which stops new levies.

Quoted after a $695 Phase 1 review. Penalties and interest continue while collection is delayed.

Penalties

IRS Penalty Abatement (First-Time & Reasonable Cause)

From $97

Remove failure-to-file and failure-to-pay penalties. First-Time Abate request: DIY guide $97, or we request it for a flat $297. Reasonable-cause abatement with a written statement and supporting records: fixed fee $797–$1,495.

Penalty relief lowers the balance the lien secures.

In plain termsThe IRS setup fee for a payment plan is reduced if you pay by direct debit and can be waived for low-income taxpayers. Penalties and interest keep running on any plan, and the IRS may still file a lien notice. Publication 594.

04

Levies & appeals

Stopping a levy, and the hearing that keeps one from starting

A levy takes property. A Final Notice of Intent to Levy comes at least 30 days before it, and a timely hearing request stops levy action while the case is heard.

Levies

IRS Levy & Wage Garnishment Release – Fresno & Clovis

$1,495–$3,495fixed fee

Bank account frozen or paycheck garnished? A bank holds levied funds 21 days before sending them to the IRS. We file your power of attorney, contact the IRS the same day, and seek release on hardship or payment-plan grounds under IRC 6343.

Includes the follow-on resolution.

Form 12153

Collection Due Process (CDP) Hearing Request & Appeal

From $497

Got a lien notice or Final Notice of Intent to Levy? You have 30 days to request a CDP hearing with IRS Appeals, which stops levy action and lets you propose a payment plan, settlement, or lien relief.

Form 12153 filed for a flat $497; representation at the hearing $1,495–$3,495.

In plain termsThe IRS must release a levy when it would create an economic hardship, when you enter a payment plan whose terms do not allow it to continue, or when it would help you pay. Publication 594. Those are the grounds we use.

05

Audits & unfiled returns

Answering the examiner, and replacing the return the IRS filed for you

Every payment plan and settlement requires that all required returns are filed. If the IRS prepared a substitute return with no deductions, your real return replaces it.

Audits

IRS audit representation – Fresno & Clovis

$1,495–$4,995fixed fee

IRS audit or correspondence exam (CP2000, Letter 525) for individuals and small businesses. With Form 2848 on file we answer the examiner, assemble records, and attend the audit for you. Includes audit reconsideration to replace a Substitute for Return.

Quoted in writing.

Unfiled returns

Unfiled Tax Returns & Substitute for Return (SFR) Correction – Fresno & Clovis

$347–$597per year

Haven’t filed in years, or the IRS filed for you with no deductions? We pull your wage and income transcripts, prepare the missing returns, and replace the IRS substitute assessment with your real numbers.

Required before any payment plan or settlement.

Tax preparation

Tax preparation

From $347per year

Return preparation for people bringing unfiled years current, not annual seasonal filing. Individual returns from $347 per year; Schedule C, E, or D years from $497.

06

Offer in compromise

Settling for less than you owe, when you qualify

The IRS accepts an offer when your assets and income cannot pay the amount due, when paying it would cause economic hardship, or when the debt itself may not be accurate. The pre-qualifier comes first and costs nothing.

Offer in Compromise

Offer in Compromise (IRS Tax Debt Settlement) – Fresno & Clovis

$3,495–$7,495fixed fee

Settle for less than you owe when you qualify. Free pre-qualifier first. We compute your reasonable collection potential with IRS financial standards, prepare Forms 656 and 433-A (OIC), and handle the IRS investigation.

IRS $205 application fee and initial payment extra.

In plain termsMost people do not qualify, and we say so in the free review rather than after a fee. Every Form 656 needs the IRS application fee and an initial payment unless you meet the low-income certification. Publication 594.
