What this site collects, and what it does not.

The notice review form. Your name, phone, email, the notice type and date, a balance range, and anything you write in the message. The form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and delivered to Jeremy Rolf by email. It is used to call you and to prepare for the free review. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing lists.

No analytics, no advertising, no cookies. This site runs no tracking scripts and sets no cookies. Netlify keeps ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations.

What we never ask for here. Your Social Security number, bank account numbers, or card numbers. Those go on the IRS forms you sign in person or through a secure upload link we send you, never through this site or email.

Anything you give us as a client, and anything we receive from the IRS under your Form 8821 or Form 2848, is confidential tax information. We use it only for the matter you engage us on, keep it as our records retention and Circular 230 require, and disclose it only to the IRS on your behalf, to you, or as the law requires.

Email is not a secure channel for tax documents. We send a secure upload link for anything with an identification number on it.
